Colleagues are racking some very heavy routers in the Equinix SV1 (San Jose)
location and are in need of rack shelf or a universal rack mounting kit.
Does anyone know stores which might have these in stock in the SV area?

What we do nowadays as some workaround, is configuring a default route towards
a core router on 8 x 10G before maintaining an MX box. Which will be installed
before BGP sessions come up, this will cause some packet loss during burst hour
outages but is fine during maintenance hours.

This issue seems to be much bigger, we lost about 20 Level3 and some
TATA sessions.
Also we lost about 15% of our total traffic.
On #IX there are rumours about Junos version 10.3R2.11 being core dumped
and rebooted, which makes sense.
Currently traffic is restored.
