Unless you are mega huge gigantor network they will never respond. I tried for
a year doing everything they required when I worked for another provider and
could never get anywhere with them. It’s kind of like reporting abuse to
them. They just don’t seem to care if you are not big enough
ink it was two upstreams and a connection into a TIE
with good peering.

I've used them as well and they have been pretty good with gear that's common

message is really spam. The other 99 are jokes, regular emails, maybe a
news letter from their church, etc. Most people are lazy and would rather
click on the Spam button instead of unsubscribing for a list they subscribed
to in the first place.
