If you're using the mailboxes command then I 'think' you do not
need to have $imap_check_subscribed set; this variable

after the upgrade of my operating system Debian GNU/Linux 7.0 (wheezy) I
can't send anymore mails in Mutt.
Whenever I type 'y' to send a newly created or postponed message, I get
an error message:

This looks like the muttprint script is failing to find the "lpr"
command on your system. You will need to install the cups-bsd
package (Debian/Ubuntu) to provide it.
