You can put the contents of this file in your .muttrc or copy the file
someplace and then put something like the following in your .muttrc
file:
source ~/pathtofile/mutt.gpgrc
Of course, you can call it what you want.
You also will need to install gnupg also.

Here is some output from truss -f -o f
em with the problems is a Sun Sparc 20 running Solaris 2.6.
I have a Sun Sparc 5 running SOlaris 2.4 at work with the same software
and it works fine there.
