While trying to compile 1.6.0 I found a symbol conflict for M_CMD and
M_READ on OpenIndiana (I assume the same will be for Solaris).
These two are already defined in
/usr/include/sys/stream.h
a header which mutt indirectly includes.
I simply renamed M_CMD and M_READ to MUTT_CMD and MUTT_REA
