If you do a CPAN search you'll find a whole set of modules under the
DBIx namespace, and I feel sure that's where your module belongs.

The simplest way to think of this is as someone searching cpan. Yes,
they can use GSA, but they are also likely to search for Google.

Download a distro like Tree::Simple and examine its Makefile.PL for how
to specify the git repo in Makefile.PL. This is optional but helps everyone.
Then, using git you can share your patches with each other before
uploading a new distro to MetaCPAN.
