AH! OK, I was misinterpreting what "indexed" meant :-)
True, nobody does (nor likely ever will) put that specific package as a
dependency, so there will likely be no problem.

Ok, I'll add this to my todo list later today. It really isn't a high
priority - the error message is just a warning (as far as I can tell) -
the package gets indexed and added to CPAN regardless.
