AH! OK, I was misinterpreting what "indexed" meant :-)
True, nobody does (nor likely ever will) put that specific package as a
dependency, so there will likely be no problem.
Still, I'll submit an issue later

It's not indexed:

FAIR::Profile::Parser 0.3 M/MA/MARKW/FAIR-Data-0.3.tar.gz
FAIR::Profile::Property 0.3 M/MA/MARKW/FAIR-Data-0.3.tar.gz
But likely no one specifies that particular package as a dependency
and the rest are indexed.

Ok, I'll add this to my todo list later today. It really isn't a
high priority - the error message is just a warning (as far as I
can tell) - the package gets indexed and added to CPAN regardless.

This seems related to https://github.com/andk/pause/issues/175
but I think it's a separate bug in PAUSE. The intention was
for module authors to be able to change the indexed case of
case-insensitive namespaces they control.
Could you please open a ticket on that github.com
<http://github.com> <http://github.com> issue queue with
information you shared in your email?
Meanwhile, I suspect you might be able to drop all permissions
on just the badly cased package name and then have PAUSE
re-index the distribution. That might not work, but if not,
let us know and we can ask Andreas to fix things directly in
the database. :-/

Hi all!
Not high-priority, but I am wondering if there is any way
to solve
the problem below - "case mismatch". My guess is that it is
related to the fact that I changed the case of the
filename for
SerializableProperty.pm a few months ago... and the indexer is
really not happy about that!
Suggestions?
