Ok, I'll add this to my todo list later today. It really isn't a high
priority - the error message is just a warning (as far as I can tell) -
the package gets indexed and added to CPAN regardless.

Meanwhile, I suspect you might be able to drop all permissions on just
the badly cased package name and then have PAUSE re-index the
distribution. That might not work, but if not, let us know and we can
ask Andreas to fix things directly in the database. :-/
