Hi there!
I sent an email yesterday from xan@xan.email indicating I needed help
removing the 'nologin' bit on my account. After that email, I was able to
successfully change the password on my account, but that did not clear it
up. Would you be able to help? Thanks!

PAUSE now requires you to have indexing permissions on the package name that
matches the distribution name. I.e. "GDGraph".

Hello,
Lincoln Stein and I are trying to set up Lee Johnson (copied) as the
new primary maintainer of CGI.pm
We have given him all the module namespaces that we own, but there are
three that somehow neither of us are the primary maintainer for, yet
they are in the distribution.

Sorry -- forgot to CC the list. Andreas found the delivery receipt

the gmail end to see what happened.
This is not the first issue we've had. I wonder if the PAUSE server
move lost us some email reputation.

Without actually trying it, I would suggest setting build_requires
using the BUILD_REQUIRES argument for MakeMaker rather than in

version in configure_requires is new enough to support BUILD_REQUIRES.
