Hi Jim,

When you uploaded it, you had an email sent to your PAUSE contact email
address, which included the line:
> Status: No permissions for distribution name

PAUSE now requires you to have indexing permissions on the package name that
matches the distribution name. I.e. "GDGraph".

The "problem" is that there isn’t a "GDGraph" module in the distribution, so
when you were given permission to release it, you weren’t given permission on
GDGraph, which only RUZ had. There’s a bit more to this, but the short story is
that I’ve just dropped RUZ’s permission and will then force a reindexing of
your release, which should give you first-come on GDGraph. I’ll then transfer
this to MVERB (who has first-come on the other packages) and then give you and
RUZ co-maint.

I’ll let you know when it’s all done!

Apologies for the confusion – this all comes down to some historical artifacts
of PAUSE having been running for so long, and various CPAN things evolving over
the decades.

Cheers,
Neil
