I have uploaded a new release of GDGraph version 1.56 as the BPS user, but it seems it's not getting indexed. In the past I have received an email if indexing failed with a reason, but I haven't seen one this time. I logged in to PAUSE and tried to re-index as well. I got a confirmation email that it was scheduled for re-indexing, but nothing after. That was on 1/17 around 1:19PM ET. I'm assuming something is not quite right with the META file or tarball, but I'm not sure what to fix. Is there somewhere else I can check to see if something is wrong with the uploaded distribution?
