Cleaning up DBIx::Tables and DBIx::CGITables is quite a bit tougher job
than predicted - first of all I have to get rid of all DBMS dependencies.
I'll also check out DBIx::Recordset more thoroughly - maybe it can replace
DBIx::Tables.
