Things didn't quite work out right -- despite the web interface saying "you
will keep co-maint permissions when you hand off first-come", it looks like
this didn't happen, and now there are missing first-come permissions on
some other modules:

I was going to suggest that me getting first-come on the main module was a
PAUSE error at some point, but since I never did any releases, perhaps
someone's finger slipped in the PAUSE web interface when handing off
permissions for something else?

I created this long ago but I guess Karen must've done a release that added
a new package. I think it'd make the most sense to give me primary on
everything. That said, I'm not using this any more so I'd be happy to give
Karen primary if she wants it ;)

I’m emailing you wearing my PAUSE admin hat; I’m sorting out situations where
CPAN distributions have split ownership, as it can result in parts of releases
not getting indexed, and then when transferring permissions, modules get
missed. PAUSE tries to not let this happen now,
