I seem to have lost release privileges. Were you wanting to resume
ownership of Net::OSCAR? I was just about to do a release to fix a bug for
a coming version of Perl.
If you plan to do no further releases, would you mind transferring
ownership to me please?

Mike,
XML::Dumper has an outstanding issue with RT 52071 (
https://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=52071) .
I was wondering if you'd be ok with me taking over the module and applying
the fixes people have submitted over the years in order to get an updated
release out.
Thanks,
Andy,
Thanks for granting us PAUSE privs for Template. In order to do a release,
we need privs on everything, not just Template. In order for Nico to do a
release, we need to get privs on ALL of the Template modules.

I'm not sure if this is a PAUSE or metacpan issue. I just noticed that
searching for xml::parser shows up a module which is not the official
one. It was my impression these were not displayed on metacpan. Is
this something in need of fixing or by design?

The ownership of IPC::Run in PAUSE is a little murky, but the
consensus from past authors is that you are the current official owner
of the module. It's my understanding you're inactive on CPAN at the
moment. If you're OK with it, I'd like to be designated owner of

I've been the current co-maint for IPC::Run on CPAN since 2010. I'd

ownership in PAUSE to me so I can hand out bits as needed?

I've found a ownership discrepancy in the dual-life module autodie.
1. Fatal is a part of autodie on CPAN.
2. In order to update the module, you have to have ownership of all modules it
distributes.
3. Paul has given me access to all modules except Fatal, which shows not to be
owned by Paul, but

However in 02packages.details.txt.gz, I see this:
I18N::LangTags 0.35 L/LB/LBROCARD/perl-5.12.4.tar.gz
Is this an indexing bug in need of fixing?

I propose Tie::File be moved out of cpan and into dist in source, with p5p
