I have been noticing that the CPAN search site and possibly other
module archives are not taking into account when distributions are
deleted, and so our public listings are having an abundance of dead
links.

My registration went through. I was able to upload my module.
My module is registered, since it shows up on CPAN. However, I can't
edit any information regarding my module. Is this supposed to happen?

Hi,
I have uploaded Tcl-b3.tar.gz via PAUSE to my home
directory. I am unable to transfer this to the module directory - I assume
because I do not have the rights to do so.
Please either review and accept/reject my changes
and handle appropriately or grant me access to the Tcl module area
