Hi,
I have uploaded Tcl-b3.tar.gz via PAUSE to my home
directory. I am unable to transfer this to the module directory - I assume
because I do not have the rights to do so.
Please either review and accept/reject my changes
and handle appropriately or grant me access to the Tcl module area.
