Hi,
I'm trying to install OpenBSD 4.0 on a Soekris net4801 but I just can't
complete the install. I'm stalled when the install attempts to write the
new partitions to the disk. It fails with:
"mount_ffs: /dev/wd0a on /mnt: Invalid argument"
Any ideas how I can fix this and get on with the insta

I'm trying to make my Soekris net4801 boot OpenBSD 4.0 with / mounted
read-only. I've put everything in /var and /tmp on an mfs partition.
This works fine.
The problem is that when I attempt to ssh to the box then the connection
is dropped immediately after having been authenticated.

I've just successfully installed OpenBSD 4.0 on a net4801-60 with a
lan1641 Ethernet PCI board and a SAN Extreme III 2GB CF.
The installation completed flawlessly after I disabled pciide at the UKC
prompt. The problem is now that I'm trying to boot the net4801 but the
boot always hangs with:
