It's not just FDB. You need to do all of this with Medispan as well.
We were having issues with formulary information not being complete and
it was because it was crashing during the load. After months of back &
forth with MT, they finally had us do points 1 and 2 below and it
resolved the issue
What happens is that you do 1 load which is for both PHA and RxM.
Those meds which you currently have in PHA as formulary remain
untouched.
Those meds which are loaded as RXM are done so and are in the
background. No more suspend file.
There is a new field at the top of the drug dict:
Nothing changes for the other dictionaries if you don't want them to.
You still have your parameters set for creating/overwriting. The only
dictionary that changed is the drug dictionary with the formulary/retail
entries.
