I have used MM to copy/paste conditions via keyboard (⌘C / ⌘V)
between rules in MM. That seemed to work great at the time here
(v6238+). Actually that feature may likely go back even further.

I more often rename a Rule, which has not been any problem at all.
Does the problem happen when renaming an attachment prior to sending the
