I have used MM to copy/paste conditions via keyboard (⌘C / ⌘V)
between rules in MM. That seemed to work great at the time here
(v6238+). Actually that feature may likely go back even further.

Not really. At least not *inside* MailMate.
Just a small clarification: There's no way to export to a file (or
import), but there should be very flexible support of both drag'n'drop
and copy/cut/paste (and undo/redo) with MailMate itself.
