Over the last week or so MailMate has become sluggish.
- unresponsive while checking email
- when opening a "reply", takes a 2-3 seconds before it lets me type
text into the reply mail
- takes 2-3 seconds to send a message, sometimes accompanied by the
beach ball.

Perhaps you can explain, or tell me where to read on, how attachments
are treated? This is what I'm wondering in particular:
I have a search condition that finds all messages whose
"Attachment-Count is not 0". This results for me in 4107 messages. I now

As new emails are added at the bottom or in the middle of a thread (
threaded view ), I always ⌥ click to check the thread.
So maybe other users make the same „move” and I think that such a
feature might be a useful addition ( or standard behaviour ) to MM.
