I checked my keychain even searched for both gmail, and google. Don't
find any gmail entry. Also searched for my gmail address.
I may just archive that keychain and create a clean one. There is some
really old garbage in there.

Upgrades work fine in most cases. Just as any time you do brain
surgery on your OS, have a backup. Also disconnect any external
drives. You don't have to, but it's a best practice.

Same here. I had it set to manual and we get a number prompt a day. Very
annoying. I changed it to the automatic when connected to Bluetooth in the car.

The EXR does indeed have stereo speakers. They work just fine. Though I seldom
listen to stereo music from the speakers it does work. Really the differences

multiple metric and then go to the work out you want heart rate for. You can
add heart rate as one of the metrics. I think if you do that it will show the

I updated my iMac right when the update came out. I just this morning had that

Another possibility is that it is easy to inadvertently turn on auto speak on a
complication. If you move to a complication and you swipe up for the various
actions one of them is an able auto speak. I’ve accidentally turned it on on
some items in the past.

Probably the easiest way maybe the only way, is to check the battery status in
the notification area on your phone. That not only shows that it’s charging but
I’ll give you the exact percentage of where it’s at.

Hi, what are you do is either delete anything extra after I paste it. Or if
that doesn’t work for some reason I’ll go through the extra step of first
pasting it into just a note, so I have a text, and then delete the extra
characters there, and then re-copy just what I want.

The reasonable solution from Apple would be a verbosity setting that doesn’t
read element labels. There are times that I would turn the reading of them off.
Like reading lots of emails that I just want to read from start to finish and
they have so many tables just to place their graphics in. I w
