Sometimes, VoiceOver switches to a different sound output during log in
screen. I can't hear anything especially when it switch

Hi,
in my experience, you can't. Lion will default to the last output you had set
for system audio before restarting.

Hi,
I'm trying to restore a partition from a CCC image using disk utility.
When I go to the restore tab, I can click the image button and select
the image file created by CCC, but I cannot drag the partition to a

Hi,
I'm trying to give XCode a try again. I didn't have this problem when I
used it with Mountain Lion a couple of years ago. However, Voiceover
gets stuck and keeps saying busy. Only way is to quit XCode and rerun.
It happens so frequently that it makes it impossible to navigate to

I'm wondering what would be the fastest way for a college student to
scan books with accurate OCR?
I know there are cameras out there for scanning documents like hover cam
and pearl, but I haven't actually used them.
I could be wrong, but pearl is only works with Open Book, right?

Hi All,
Does anyone use ScanSnap? I'm thinking about iX500.
How is their software accessible on Mac or Windows?
Because they don't support twain, most OCR software like abbyy,
kurzwhile, or Openbook can't access the scanner directly.
It looks like I have to scan using their software, export into

Yes, I agree! The developer is awesome, and he's very quick!
While back, I asked him to implement function+space as left mouse click
because I would need control mouse click or option mouse click. You
can't do it with voiceover because VO steals control and option key when
it simulates mouse cl
Hi all,
What's the best program to use with VoiceOver: Fusion, Virtual Box, or

Also, what's the best way to work with excel, word, and Powerpoint files

I can pare my Focus 40 Blue with my iPhone over Bluetooth, but I can't

After I type for passkey, VoiceOver says it failed to pare.
My Bluetooth is on, and I can see Focus 40 Blue in the Bluetooth
