Hello, Are there any dictionary programson the mac. I mean good ones that you
can use as a university student? I would be interested in English, French,
German and Dutch. I know we here in the netherlands do have van dale cd rom
dictionaries but I am pretty sure they are only for windows.

languages, if you do that then it will work. A sighted friended ended up doing
it for me. Now I have it turned back to English though since I found out that
there is no dutch version yet of the vo getting started guide.

Hi, I personally get A LOT mre safari busy messages with webkit then i did with
safari, it is unbearably slow here. I get safari busy messages when a page is
loaded but also when i try to activate the item chooser.
Strangely now that I have installed webkit ebay works even if I just use safari.

mac is so much more stable. And running windows 7 in vmware works really well
too if you ever need it. Its even better then running windows natively because
you can just back up the one file and if somehting goes wrong

go to vo-utility and then to the navigation tab, search for the mouse cursor
item, next to it will be a popup menu open that and select follows vo-cursor.
It should work now if you hit vo-shift-space on the item you want to select.

cmd-shift enter I think. The program you referred to is hsarpkeys. But i think
you can also assign the keys within vmware fusion itself (via its settings

arrow up/down or vo up/down there is nothing displayed on my braille
display, if i use speech it reads normally. This does not happen in

Hello, i have openoffice installed in but sl but i still have
problems. I converted the sl vo user guide to doc format in text edit
but when i open it in openoffice it does not seem to read it right, i
get a lot of insertion at beginning of text and cant seem to go
through the text with up
Hello, it works with my bc640 but now i cant get it to connect via usb
again. Bluetooth braille seems a bit slower so if i can i prefer usb,
the preferred interface within my bc640 is set to usb and i have it
connected via usb but it still connects via bluetooth maybe a reboot
will help.
Hi, i think in leopard this was done via vo-h but this now brings up
the vo help menu. Is it still possible to read help tags manually?
