HEllo, i just did a search for irc and cocoa in the hops of finding a client
that will work with vo, and i did find something
http://libircclient.sourceforge.net/cocoa/doc/html/index.html
This is a framework though so I am not sure how much work would have to be done
to turn it into a working client.
