Look under Pointer Control. Mouse Keys was already off so wonder why
this issue with accessing the menu bar occurred at all.

Funnily enough, that checkbox is already unchecked, so that doesn’t seem to be
it. Also the note by it says:
“Automatically switch voices based on language of text.”
And as I said it’s not switching voices, just saying these other names in my
default VoiceOver voice.
