Commander.There’s no gesture equivalent for Enter.
But what I’ve done was to define my own gesture for VO + j in VO utilities. Now

I don't think installing Linux as a second OS on your Mac would be all
that hard to do.
The diskutil tool makes it pretty easy to resize your drive. If you're
OK with one of the Microsoft file systems like exfat, or some other fat
variant, it can even format the new partition for you.

I think you and I are actually in agreement here, except that I think
this has just changed with Windows 10. I believe Windows 10 now supports
UEFI and GPT natively, which would remove this limitation. I can't prove
it just yet, but this is what I believe to be the situation.

You didn’t specify Mac or iPhone, so I’ll tell you how I operate it under iOS
on my iPhone eight. To change sliders like the pitch mix or speed, double tap
and hold on the slider and then drag your finger left or right to decrease or
increase the value.

I didn’t mention that I do have track pad commander enabled. I also
should have said that a single finger double tap does work in some places as it
does on the iPhone, example on a close button or in the extras menu. but in
other places such as mail it doesn’t.
My memory of the mail app from when I could see the screen is that a single tap
would select a message and a double tap would open it. On the phone, a triple
tap implements a doublet, but from keyboard help it appears that a triple tap
does "describe voiceover item"

apple tv 3g 4gen and 4k,
The 4k doesn’t have the same screen res but it still works So I can’t see what
trouble you’d have.
