Dear List I am running Sophos home and malware bites on my mac. I use a time capsule plugged into my ISPs router, and then my mac uses the time capsule for wifi. Sophos is saying that it has detected a virus either on my time capsule or in a time capsule backup, I don’t no which. Sophos says

I have an app on my phone called My Way. It is a bit clunky to use maybe because I have the Lite / free version. You can ask it to record a route. Then every time you either shake the phone or make a significant turn it will record that spot in a list of waypoints. You can then follow that path

There were some nasty advertising sites out there at one point that almost looked like malware. Overtime you close a window a new add pops up. Try disconnecting your computer from all networks and then close every Safari window. If that works then reboot your computer and turn the network back
