Surprised that doesn't start music or answer a call, close a call, prevent
some of those, or open cells when trying to do any of those other things.
That's hardly a custom gesture since it's fundamental to the rest of i

Hello,
I was trying to open a program that I have downloaded from the internet but I
couldn’t do that because my security settings where set to allow only programs
to install from the app store and known developers.
Perhaps , this is a good/save option but sometimes , I would like to install

Hi William,
Yes you can. Once you receive the warning message, press okay on it and then
in application folder, find your newly downloaded app, activate contextual menu
with vo+shift+m and choose open. You will get a different warning now with the
“open” and “cancel” button. Choose open.

Under Mavericks, once I’ve pasted an attachment into the body of a new message,
Voiceover would read the name of this attachment. Under Yosemite, all I can
hear is attachment image. Can anyone reproduce this changed behaviour of
Voiceover under Yosemite?

Hello Andrew,
Yes, I’m seeing the same thing. I check I’ve got the right attachment by

Well, I suppose I could have clarified my message further. You are obviously
correct in that the two-finger double-tap gesture is hardly a new one for
VoiceOver users; it is in fact used extensively throughout the system. The
reason I referred to Excel as having a "custom gesture" is be

I don't have any viruses. Me and my wife were just talking about viruses and I
thought that it would be just a user account that would be compromised.
