Hi William,

Yes you can.  Once you receive the warning message, press okay on it and then 
in application folder, find your newly downloaded app, activate contextual menu 
with vo+shift+m and choose open.  You will get a different warning now with the 
“open” and “cancel” button.  Choose open.
