I am trying to make sure all my contact have the correct info. But once I am
done with the card I am working on it seems as though the only choose I have is
to close all Windows with Command W. Is there a way to get back in to the list
of contacts so I can continue working down the list?

I've always done command W to close the window that you are editing. I hope you
know you can do command shift l to edit a card.
If anyone knows how to get back to the contact list, I too would like to know.
Thanks.

I don't think you can. Time machine will back up in the background, all the
time - you shouldn't even notice it running. Constant backups are far
preferable to weekly ones, especially if you need a version of a file from a

You can't specify that, unfortunately. You could opt for a disk cloner like

My Mac is from August of 2011. I have used it heavily ever since, though mostly
in Windows for the first year. There is a Mac Mini downstairs that is from
2007, and it is still going strong. In fact, interns of launching apps, it is

Why not use Xcode? It only supports C-based languages, but if you are looking
to program for the Mac, it has everything you need. For other languages, look
at Eclipse. I have no idea if it is accessible, but it is free, so worth a

Just a slight clarification - TM backs up any changed files once an

which will let you set up different intervals or to not run between
