Hi, The best text accessible editor I've found is called Smultron. It is available in the app store and I like it for all pure text editing. There are several versions for various MacOS versions. I believe Smultron 5 is the last one for Mountain Lion, while the latest Smultron 6 only works with Mavericks.
I personally use it for my code as well as editing text files like property, xml or host files. The cost of the app is $4.99 in the Mac app store for each numbered version. --k On Jan 28, 2014, at 11:13 AM, Otto Hylli <otto.hy...@pp.inet.fi> wrote: > Hello > I am looking for an accessible text editor for programming purposes for OS X > (mountain Lion to be exact).
