Hi,
Please could someone recommend some accessible FTP software for use under OSX
Mountain Lion?
Many thanks,

Yup it sucks doesn't it? Would love to use Spotify as a music lover but
can't due to the stupid accessibility or lack of it thereof on the
desktop platforms. Can't stand listening to music on the iPhone with its

I know how to send the same sms to multiple people, but is it possible to save
this collection of numbers as a group in contacts and send a text to that

I’ve seen a couple posts asking for FTP software. I wanted to chip in my 2
cents here. So I haven’t ever seen a fully functional FTP client for mac from a
3rd party developer. Ignoring accessibility issues they tend to be buggy. It
is, however 100% possible to send files via FTP using your termi
Hello,
Does anyone have any idea of an accessible speed test for the Mac? Our Internet
has slowed down dramatically
over the last couple of days and I want to run a test to see what we are
actually getting.

You can go to https://play.spotify.com.

There will also be iTunes Radio out some time this fall.

Hello all,
It's been a while since I tried to read a brf on my mac using a braille

braille contractions and be good to go, but for some reason that isn't working
right.

Hi, Greg,
Go into vO Utility, Braille, layout tab and turn on eight-dot Braille. This
should fix the problem. This checkbox only appears when contractions are turned
off. Also, another reason contractions have to be turned off is that the file
has already been translated. In the case of brf fil
Hi,
OK, I'm a bit confused now.
I turned on the status cells on my braille sense and don't understand what they
mean.
Also, is there a command to use with a braille display that's akin to VO j?
Is there someplace I can go to read up on this stuff?
thanks,

I played around with both the mobile site on my MacBook, and the iPHone app,
and cannot figure out a way to do it. I can only upload photos. I sometimes
can get a "choose file" to appear on the mobile site, but cannot find which
button allows me to choose the file before hitting that button.

missed the eight dot option. Thanks for the tip on capitalization as well.

No you cannot upload audio directly to Facebook but you can share links
to the audio file from any source such as Dropbox or Sendspace.

I have the same concerns. What does that status cell mean? It looks like an N

Yep!
I'm thinking about turning the darn thing off for the time being.
Just about everything I read is underlined, too-I think this is showing that
it's highlighted, but it's annoying. Can I turn this feature off, too?
Since listening to a podcast recently, I've learned that I can do way more

Hi,
If you've sent the Group message one time, then when you go into Messages

I did think of that. I do have a sense space account. I cannot, however, for
the life of me, figure out how to upload the file. It says that I can look
through my files with brows, but I cannot find Brouse. I've tried clicking on
remote upload, and explore the screen, but I cannot figure out how
Hi!
As with a few other things! There's an App for that :D
Or maybe a few apps *smile*
I think there was one one sale a little while ago and the free version has
limit's on how many groups you can make!
Sorry I do not know what they are called!

I think the purpose of the DOS is the show you where the cursor is. I've
experimented turning that off as well. However, I find that I like having it on
because then I know for certain where the cursor is actually located. The other
option you have is to have a blank. That might be worth trying.
Les,
How do I get the blinking cursor?
I've just been playing around the braille section of VO help and didn't see
anything about this?
I'm using a braille sense plus as my display.
If I can get the constant presence of dots 7 and 8 to go away, my reading life
will vastly improve!

Kate,
I have the YouTube, so I don't know if it's the same. And my unit, this option
is found under global settings. The three options are always out, off, and
blinking. Hopefully, you have those options on your unit. Good luck.

Oh, so I set that from the sense unit itself!
thanks, I'll try that and see what happens. I finally got rid of the
continuous dots 7 and 8 by just turning off the "dots 7 and 8 to indicate
cursor, on" button in VO utility. this is good, but knowing exactly where the
cursor is, like what charac

Thanks for reminding me about the global options on the unit itself-I'd

It's a lot like FileZilla for windows in case you had ever used that excellent

I had a lot of problems with that too. I've been in touch with the devs and
