Subject says it all really. I'm doing this from a Mac, and am curious as to
whether or not anyone else has been successful. Language screen comes up as all
unknowns, though I presume English is selected by default.

Well, all you need do is this.
1. Focus on the Music playlist in the sources table.
2. Now, use VO+right to focus on the content of that list.
3. When you come to the song you wish to get rid of, just press the delete key.

You can change the duration of any clip in the inspector. In the first tab is a
Duration edit box. Should be the first one. All you have to do it type what you
want then close the window and you are good to go!

Text Edit is one of the applications that comes with the Mac. No need to
purchase it or such. It should be in your applications folder or in your Dock
by default.

Text Edit might be similar to Notepad, perhaps, but Text Edit is a full
blown word Processor. It might not have all of the features of a MS Word, but
you will find that you can do a great deal with it.

displays bettery time, Bluetooth connection status, Internet connectivity if

I seem to have lost my "on my mac" mailboxes. I can see they must be there when
I go to the menu and look for "move to mailbox". But I can't see them when I
down arrow through the list of mailboxes.

Try hitting the right arrow if you hear "collapsed." this should expand them.
The other thing to try on a "collapsed," item is Vo Shift Backslash (VO
Vertical bar?) which is a toggle to expand/contract a sublevel or group.

Just use your spacebar. That is, in the Flash installer, you can tab around
then when you wish to activate your button or checkbox, just hit the spacebar.
Notice, no VO keys at all, just the tab key and the spacebar.
That should do it for you.

Thanks so much, Tim. I did eventually think of hitting the space, but
wondered if I'd made the right choice there. When I did it, I landed
back in the part of the installer where I enter my password. So I hit
escape and then I was out, but the .dmg file was still on my desktop.
I went in there
okay; now i feel better. i thought i was missing something. when trying to get
the hang of adding the title and music i did it without a video clip in there
and the audio shut off at the end of the time i had set for the title. then
just need to edit the audio clip and then play it in iTunes s
