Hi Karen, Speech rate can be adjusted with vo-cmd-arrow keys, left and right until you reach rate and up and down to adjust. As for drawbacks with quicknav or locking the VO cursor, quicknav generally won't impact anything else, though you'll want to be careful in the event you ever do actually
