Hi, all.
There are a few programs that won't run on the mac, and so, I was told that,
using boot camp, I could get windows to run on the Mac. I'm not sure how to do
this though, as I see no reference to boot camp anywhere on this machine. Also,
I'm wondering if this is something I can do myself
Hi List,
I'm using a BrailleConnect 24 with my Mac to read and enter Braille into
documents, but I can't figure out how to backspace over mistakes. There's
nothing in the Assign Commands table either. Is there any way not to have to
use the computer keyboard? I'm probably missing something.

Hi,
Why not just leave it at 0%, and then when a person needs to see the screen,
just press function F2 to brighten to the persons desired level. Then, just
press Function F1 to lower brightness back to 0%?

Have you recently done a permissions fix in disk utility. I know folks that
swear this helps, but I have doubts that it really should.
I would expect that doing the following might be more useful but a bit
dangerous.
In terminal run the following commands.
1. cd /Users/
2. sudo chown -R

I'm using syrinx. It was recommended to me by quite a few people, and so, I
decided to try it. I've been using it since Monday, and like it well enough so
far. I can't say too much though, as it's only been a few days.

I have installed fusion on my MacBook Air and am running windows 7 64

Guys,
I know I asked this once before without a response. I'm fond of
reading Huffington Post and other sites on my mac. Unfortunately,
whereas in JAWS I could easily cut to the first block of text in a
webpage by simply pressing "N," I can't seem to cut quickly to the

Hi Kevin:
Some sites work with Safari Reader. When you get to the page that has the
article, press cmd-shift-r. Vo will start reading the article on some sites.
I never heard of a way to get to text other than trying headings. The other

How can i unlearn a mistake I've added to the dictionary?

I'm no exbert, but I hear that windows 64 bittt needs at least 4 gigs of ram.
And what the mac can do, the minumum you need is 4 gigs of ram. So I don't
think switching to boot camp, or another windows screen reader will make a
difference. JMO

I've figured out how to learn new words but still don't know how to
unlearn mistakes.
