Just FYI, Shazam does not work well with Voiceover. Not sure if it's available
for the iPad, but better options would be MusicID or SoundHound. I've used
the former not the latter, and can say MusicID works quite well on my iphone.

May I suggest that you might want to join the mac-access list? The list owners
are UK based, and as for "using Mac and VoiceOver for practically everything"
they migrated their entire server system over to the Mac about a year and a
half ago, removing the last of their Windows-base
Under the accounts pane there is a menu box for outgoign mail server. The
bottom item of this menu is an edit SMTP servers.
This will bring up a new window and from there I think you will find what you
want.
