I downloaded and tested the version of iTunes numbered 8.2.0 and found
that the same bug that existed in 8.1 is presant. Tabbing does not
work to tab between elements as expected.

prefs, select the "account information" tab. In there just VO right
arrow until you hear "outgoing mail server popup button". Activate the
popup button and select "edit server list". Press VO space and you

days came from Windows, because for several years there was no screen
reader for Mac OS X.
I used Mac with outSpoken in the 90's, but had been a Windows user for
a decade when I made the leap to OS X. I dislike DOM mode
The XCode app is excellent with VoiceOver. The problem arises if you
want to use Interface Builder to build user interfaces for your app.
You can do this in code instead, which is painful but doable.
I use XCode daily, and overall, I love it.

possibly some stuff they could demo from the Apple II days or even the
days of using OutSpoken on different Mac machines? If so, would you
consider being interviewed for a podcast? I'd like to facilitate such

That's funny, I noticed it once, but the problem has not reoccurred
since. I don't recall if I took any particular steps, but I do recall
toggling VO off/on and didn't think it helped at first. However, the
problem has completely gone away and iTunes is working as it should.

you could use as well, but that seems to bring up a dialog box for

Hmm, i am using the Safari public beta and i have noticed the non
refreshing behaviour, trouble is, if i leave the link i'm hovering
over, the menu of links that drop down when you hover over the links
will disappear. I know this should be workable, but i can't work this

edit servers in that menu and the only thing I found is the use ssl

Yeah, I'm still waiting for them to add html support for news groups.
I know this isn't a really big priority, but I am a little surprised

This system doesn't have the iTunes 8.2 upgrade yet, so I was
reporting based on iTunes 8.1.1. I know that Command-Shift-B worked a
few weeks ago. My guess is that they've transitioned to the a
bluetooth shortcut as part of the move to iTunes 8.2 (and maybe for
support of the new
Nano 4G, which costs more, but hey you get more space for one thing.
If cost is really a big factor, then the Shuffle (newest model) will
do just fine.

press enter when you start it up and when you hear the intro start
vo. It will tell you what keys to push.

Hello all,
I just got my mac mini hooked up yesterday. The connector on my
monitor will not fit the mini dvi port on the computer. Also, it will
not fit the adaptor that came with the computer. When I launch open
office, vo becomes sluggish and takes several seconds to respond to
keys.
