That's funny, I noticed it once, but the problem has not reoccurred since. I don't recall if I took any particular steps, but I do recall toggling VO off/on and didn't think it helped at first. However, the problem has completely gone away and iTunes is working as it should. Try logging out or restarting as another step if all others fail and keep us posted.
