I think that preference pane will sometimes override some of the standard
keyboard shortcuts while it is active. Try going back to the preference pane
and see if the problem starts again. Then quit Preference and see if the
problem stops.

Thanks Dave, did not realize I could interact with that as I assumed it was
just a header. Took me awhile to figure it out as some things you have to hit
return on and others you have to VO space on annoying as you would think it
would be the same throughout the program. Also I am noticing in my
Interact with the App Navigation group and you’ll find it there, whichever app
you’re using the main site layout with.
