you go into the vo utility and create a keyboard commander. the keyboard commander choice is in the tool bar. select it and go down to "add". I don't remember exactly how I did it but if you need more instructions I'llpoke around and see what I did. I know you assign a key to it usually a letter and then you're presented with options for what you want it to do.
