Help Anne. I guess I don't know what I'm doing. I got the free version, which is ok for now. I got it to scan, but it put the scan into a jpg file. I figured out how to set it for text, ok. Now I can't figure out how to get it to talk the text. Do I go to the output tab to put in a file name to

Hello Gigi, VueScan isn't in the appstore. You get it from: www.hamrick.com It costs $39 for one year or $79 for life. We've had this application for over ten years now, so life does mean life! VueScan is kept up-to-date on Mac, Windows and Linux, with updates every few days if you want them.
