Heres an easy and quick way to do this.

I had to come up with this solution as apple tech support weren

I really appreciate Jonathan's and Patrick's help. I went right to that folder
and it doesn't appear to have anything in it that resembles an mp3. I'd like

OK, so looked at the Podcasts app in Catalina. Don’t VO space on the Heading,
but on the actual title such as most recent. Uninteract and VO Right and you
will find things from there.

What you are probably looking for is the sidebar located before the rewind
button. In the side bar you can change from Listen Now view to Browse, top
charts and library.
