I use a linksys router with a cable connection.
In Belgium, the data-trafic is limited, for my to 15GB/month by default.
I don't know if I can setup that router to log the traffic.
It's also not that accessible.

You didn't mention anything about your network typology. What kind of internet
provider do you have? Cable dsl fiber? What kind of router do you have
between your devices and that provider? You will want to measure the traffic
going through that router. The tool that you use
