Dose anyone know if something is going on with this app? I attempted toucan a document and read it using this application The choices I’m used to weren’t there.Instead there were options like scan to pdf, or word document, or html When I went into the menu all the options were dim, except quit

Well after a week still cannot use my scanner or Abby Fine Reader pro since upgrading to El Capitan. Cannot figure out where the issue is, as I used to be able to press the scan button on the Canon scanner to wake it and then use Abby Fine Reader, but now when pressing the scan button nothing
