If you can get VoiceOver to speak the text you want to copy, just press
VO-Shift-c (copy last spoken phrase to clipboard) and you can just do Command-v
to paste it where you want. This is immensely useful when setting a shortcut
for a menu command that doesn't already have one as it

And I think you are missing out a stage, after your 1st vo enter, Mike said to
highlight the text, the only way I know to do this is, from the top of the text
hold down shift and downarrow until you reach the bottom, that should highlight
the text!

You can also try this. When on the page, press VO shift spacebar to do a mouse
click. Make sure your not on a link or button on the page. Now try navigating
with just the arrow keys. If it works, you should be able to select text the
way you can on a windows machine.

Hello Eric,
This is a little bit tricky , selecting text on the web and don't function all
the times.
Specially selecting text in tables on a webpage , can be very hard.
Some hints:
sometimes , it works better if you chose the group-mode in stead off the
dom-mode.
