Hello all,

If you can get VoiceOver to speak the text you want to copy, just press 
VO-Shift-c (copy last spoken phrase to clipboard) and you can just do Command-v 
to paste it where you want. This is immensely useful when setting a shortcut 
for a menu command that doesn't already have one as it copies the text exactly.
