Since we're all chiming in, here's my two cents.
I use macOS and iOS at home, iOS more often since I can use it at work, too.
For work, I use Windows 10 with NVDA. Both have their strengths; Windows can be
better at web browsing for some applications, macOS is more stable and simpler
to navigat
