Since we're all chiming in, here's my two cents. I use macOS and iOS at home, iOS more often since I can use it at work, too. For work, I use Windows 10 with NVDA. Both have their strengths; Windows can be better at web browsing for some applications, macOS is more stable and simpler to navigate. There are plenty of small problems with Windows and enough efficiencies on macOS to make me prefer the Mac overall, but Windows does do some things better.
This is only the user interface. If you add integration with Apple's ecosystem, security, ability to have speech during setup/troubleshooting, build quality, voice selection, and other factors, the Mac wins hands down.
